We allow returns for any reason for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
* Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
* It must be in the original packaging and seals may not be broken.
* It must be postmarked within 30 days and receipt/packing slip included in the box.
Gift cards and downloadable items cannot be returned.
If items are damaged or an incorrect item was sent:
If there's something wrong with your order, please email us at email@example.com so that we can make it right. Send a brief description of the problem and let us know how we can make it right. (Would you like to keep the item for a discount? Would you prefer we reship your order? Would you like to return the item? etc.) Please also include a photo of any damage (if applicable) and the packaging (if item is damaged). Including this information will help us resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We are closed weekends but will reply to within two business days.

Include the packing slip and a brief note indicating the item is no longer wanted. If you don't have the packing slip, please include your name and order number with your note so that we can process your return. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot refund items if they're damaged or lost in transit. Once your order is received, we'll process a refund (less shipping of course). Shipping deductions will be based on our actual shipping expenses, even when the item is sold under a free shipping promotion.
